Kathryn Post

Kathryn S. Post, 95, 882 Carmel Church Road, Celina, died at 2:15 p.m. Sunday at Shane Hill Nursing Home, Rockford.

She was born Nov. 11, 1899, in Celina, to Mathias and Anna (Everling) Schritz. On Jan. 17, 1923, she married Leo J. Post, who died in 1976.

Survivors are a daughter and her husband, Ruth and Charles Gelse, Coldwater; a son and his wife, Leo and Magdalene, and a son, Eugene, all Celina; seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, James, a brother and four sisters.

She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic church and its Altar-Rosary Sodality.

Funeral mass is at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Revs. Robert Reinhart and Bernard Meiring officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.

Calling is 3-9 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman & Beckman
Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, where a rosary will be recited at 8 Tuesday.
