McCullough, 60, of Decatur, Indiana passed away late Wednesday
morning, April 24, 2019, at his nephew’s residence.
Tim was
born on March 13, 1959 in Decatur, Indiana to Edward A. McCullough and
the late Phyllis M. (Barr) McCullough.
He served in the United
States Navy.
Tim was a member at Zion Evangelical Lutheran
Church, Schumm, Ohio.
He was last employed by Two Brothers in
Decatur.
Tim had a passion for watching and supporting Michigan
and the Steelers. He cherished spending time with his friends and
family.
Survivors include his father, Edward A. McCullough of
Decatur; two brothers, James B. (Pamela) McCullough and Kenneth P.
McCullough both of Decatur; sister, Tonya A. (Diana) McCullough of
Pierceton, Indiana; three nephews, Jason (Rachel) McCullough, Thomas
(Melissa) McCullough, and Trevor McCullough; niece, Lexie McCullough;
five great-nephews, Tyden McCullough, Madex McCullough, Braxton
McCullough, Cayden McCullough, and Jensen McCullough; and three
great-nieces, Tori McCullough, Teagan McCullough, and Maize
McCullough.
He is preceded in death by son, Jebadiah
McCullough; daughter, Ashley McCullough; two brothers, Dennis A.
McCullough and Jon W. McCullough; and twin great nephews, Alex and
Dexter McCullough.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m.
Friday, April 26, 2019, at the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur
with Pastor Jeff Patterson officiating. Burial will follow at Zion
Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, Schumm, Ohio.
Family and friends
will be received from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 26,
2019, at the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur.

memorials can be made to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schumm or
A.C.C.F. Cancer Fund.
