Mark J. Jutte, age 90, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, passed away July 30,
2019 at The Gardens at St. Henry, St. Henry, OH.
He was born
October 16, 1928, in St. Peter, OH, to the late August and Mary
(Moeder) Jutte. On October 6, 1951, he married Thelma (Bey) Jutte, who
survives.
Also surviving are his children, Carolyn Jutte of
Fort Recovery, Ron (Becky) Jutte, Fort Recovery, Mary (Jan) Thobe of
St. Henry, Lisa (Bob) Westgerdes of Fort Recovery, Ann (Ken) Knoth of
Coldwater, Angie (Roger) Schmackers of Fort Recovery, and Teresa (Ed)
Meyer of Fort Recovery; 25 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren, and
7 more great grandchildren are arriving soon; brothers, Aloys "Bud"
Jutte of Yorkshire, August (Betty) Jutte of St. Henry, and Leonard
(Betty) Jutte of Rockford; brother-in-law, LaVern Vagedes of
Coldwater; sister-in-law, Betty Jutte of Versailles; in-laws, Marlene
(Les) McCullough of Greenville and Donna Bey of Greenville.
Preceding him in death are infant daughter, Marilyn Jutte; great
grandson, Blake Schmackers; sisters, Esther (Bill) Keller, Mary (Ed)
Nieberding, Luella (Delbert) Barga, Joan (Joe) Schoenherr, Helen
Vagedes, and Addy Hess; brothers, Paul (Rita) Jutte, Luke Jutte,
Julius (Betty) Jutte, infant brother, Carl Jutte, and Zeno Jutte;
sister-in-law, Betty Jutte; in-laws, Jerome (Loretta) Bey, Wilmer
(Phyllis) Bey, Carl Bey, and Ruth (Louis) Lennartz..
He retired
from the former New Idea, Coldwater after 39 years and was also a
farmer.
Mark was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, St.
Peter, OH, it's Holy Name Society, and was a choir member for 30
years.
He enjoyed gardening, playing cards, and being with
family and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am
Friday, August 2, 2019 at St. Peter Catholic Church, with Fr. Ned
Brown as celebrant. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 3:00 pm-8:00 pm Thursday and 9:00 am-9:45 am Friday at
Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
