Myrna N. Arnold, 66, Rockford, died Saturday at 6 p.m. at Van Wert County Hospital.

She was born March 15, 1923, in Charleston, 111., to Floyd and Flossie (Snow) Moon. Her mother survives in Celina. March 20, 1946 she married Gene Arnold, who died June 10,1988.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Eric (Lois) Widell, Sun Valley, Idaho; Mrs. John (Kathy) Gunyou, Minneapolis, Minn.; and Mrs. Ron (Ann) Gibson, Brazil, Ind.; a son, the Rev. Mitchell Arnold, Lucasville; two sisters, Mary Bobenmoyer and Lois Buedel, both of Celina; and six grandchildren.
A brother is deceased.

She and her husband had operated Van Fleet Drugstore in Rockford until 1978. She then worked at Citizens Commercial Bank, Celina. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Rockford, and was active in the com¬munity, serving as first woman president of the Rockford Chamber of Commerce.
Services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a m. at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford. The Rev. Ray Daniel Jr. will officiate and burial will be in Swamp College Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday 9 p.m.

Memorials may be directed to the Mercer County Cancer Society.
